How many of your windows and doors have mullions (French panes)?

Windows with mullions have multiple panes of glass divided by a grid. Do not include windows listed here in any of the other boxes below.

How many double-hung windows do you have?

These are windows with two panes of glass that open by sliding one or both panes up or down. Windows that open by sliding side-to-side fit into this category as well.

How many casement windows do you have?

These are windows with one pane of glass. They open by turning a crank.

How many glass doors do you have?

This includes doors composed of one pane of glass. Please count each door individually. For example, a sliding-glass door with two sections counts as two doors.

How many fixed windows do you have?

These are windows with one pane of glass that do not open. If you have very large fixed windows (more than four feet in any direction) please tell us how many in the notes.

How many skylights do you have?
